Directions for Use in Bathtub

Fill your bathtub with warm water (not too hot —Warm which is comfortable to your body).

Add 2–3 tablespoons of the bath salt to the running water.Stir gently to help the salts and essential oils dissolve evenly. Soak for 15–20 minutes, allowing the relaxing aroma and minerals to soothe your body and mind. Rinse lightly with clean water and pat dry.(Can use mild gentle soap or Body wash if required) Relax afterward — drink water or herbal tea to stay hydrated.

Directions for Use as foot soak

For a foot soak, add 1 tablespoon to a basin of warm water and soak your feet for 10–15 minutes. Use 2–3 times a week for best results.

Storage Instructions- Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
